FAQs
- Do I need to purchase ticket for dancer(s) in show? or when they are dismissed at intermission?
- You do not necessarily need to purchase tickets for dancers on day of their performance. All students will stay with their class in our dancer section for the first half and then those who have performed and finished will be dismissed at intermission.
- We will have a designated section for dancers who have finished to continue to watch the show for the 2nd half
- If you prefer your child to sit with you for remainder of show then we suggest purchasing a ticket as no guarantee there will be an open seat near you.
- My dancer(s) are in multiple shows. Do I need tickets for each show?
- Yes, tickets are sold separately for each show
- How will dancers be dismissed?
- Dismissals will occur at intermission and end of show at front of stage for students who are not permitted to self check-out. One Adult to pick-up.
- How long is the show?
- The performance part will be approx. 45 minutes each half.

THEATRE REHEARSALS for All Classes
Sunday, May 18 | Monday, June 2 | Tuesday, June 3
- LOCATION: Tarrytown Music Hall
- Please check schedule for Time Slot
- Each Class is called ONE time to the theatre. Costumes - arrive in costumes with hair done
- If in multiple classes, please wear first costume and you will be assigned a dressing room
- Drop-Off and Pick Up in the Lobby (front of the Theatre)
- Parents MUST fill out the Pick-Up Google Form - We will only dismiss to the name on sheet
- Creative & Level 1 Classes: 1 adult is required to stay; Level 2 and up: Drop-Off only
IN-STUDIO REHEARSALS for Level 2+ classes only
Wednesday, June 4 | Thursday, June 5
- LOCATION: VFW Studio
- Please check schedule for Time Slot
- Only Level 2 and up classes are called
- Drop-Off at front of VFW Pick-up in back by parking lot
- No Costumes - Please arrive in proper dance attire and bring dance shoes
- Dancers there for multiple time slots can bring food for 30min break in between
List of Classes in each show is listed alphabetically below. There are several classes
with the same level so be sure to check your child's class day/time.
Note: This is NOT the order of the shows. We will send that out closer to the performances
- LOCATION: Tarrytown Music Hall
- Drop-Off in the Lobby (front of the Theatre)
- Dancer Call Time - 1 hour before show
- Company Call Time - 90 minutes before show
- Arrive in Costumes with hair and make-up done
- If in multiple classes, please wear first costume and you will be assigned a dressing room
- Parents - please change your dancer into their dance shoes in the lobby...Modern classes, please wear EASY slip on shoes (flip flops, crocs ,etc)
- Students who are not performing in the 2nd half will be dismissed from the stage at intermission
- Please send ONE PARENT to front of stage to pick-up...We will dismiss one class at a time
