All ticket sales go through the Tarrytown Music Hall

Adults - $22 (plus $8 box office fee)

Students - $15 (plus $8 box office fee)

Children 2yrs and under - Free but will need to sit on your lap

FAQs

Tech Rehearsal: Opportunity for dancers and teachers to practice piece on stage; see back stage; dressing rooms (if multiple dances); where to wait on wings for their turn; and for Lighting and Sound to coordinate with the piece

Dress Rehearsal: Actual live run-through of the show; from their seats to back stage to waiting area to stage and back to seats

Do I need to purchase ticket for dancer(s) in show? or when they are dismissed at intermission?

You do not necessarily need to purchase tickets for dancers for their performance.
All students will stay with their class in our dancer section for the first half and then those who have performed and finished will be dismissed at intermission.
We will have a designated section for dancers who have finished to continue to watch the show for the 2nd half
If you prefer your child to sit with you for remainder of show then we suggest purchasing a ticket as no guarantee there will be an open seat near you.

My dancer(s) are in multiple shows. Do I need tickets for each show?

Yes, tickets are sold separately for each show

How will dancers be dismissed at the Shows?

Dismissals will occur at intermission and end of show at front of stage for students who are not permitted to self check-out.

How long is the show?

The performance part will be approx. 45 minutes each half with 15 minute intermission
The Sunday, 11:00am Show will run approx. 45 minutes with no intermission

When does the semester end?

Classes continue after the show. Last day of semester is June 15. Teaches will continue to work on technique and preparing dancers for the next semester.

Lot 1: access from Broadway, on left just after W. Elizabeth St. Prior to Main St

Lot 2: make Right on Neperan Rd

Lot 3 and 4: access from S. Washington St

Lot 5: off McKeel Ave (two blocks after Main St)

Reserved Parking (through Music Hall) - In addition, the music hall informed us you can purchase some Reserved Parking spots through their website. Select correct showdate/time. The site's times also show when your parking is available.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up in the Lobby (front of the Theatre/Lobby)
Parents MUST fill out the Pick-Up Google Sheet - We will only dismiss to the name on sheet
Creative & Level 1 Classes: 1 adult is required to stay. Their class will dismissed as soon as they are done
Level 2 and up: Drop-Off only

Showcase/Recitals Shows

Drop-Off

Dancers are called (must be at theater) one hour before showtime
Check-in at lobby
Arrive in costume and before checking in switch to your dance shoes (modern/contemporary should wear easy slip on shoes
Adults do not enter at this time - House will open 20-30 min before show

Dismissal

Students finished dancing in the first half of the show will be dismissed at intermission
Dismissal will take place at the stage (this is different than rehearsal dismissals)
We will bring one class at a time on the stage and ask ONE PARENT ONLY to meet us there
Students in the second half of the show will be dismissed from the stage when the show is done
Self-Check-out students: If done in the first half, then must checkout with our staff at our backstage door. If in second half, they must wait until the show is done to checkout. Nobody can leave in the middle of the show

$140 per student for their first class

$115 for sibling for their first class

$25 added for payments after Feb 15

For students who take multiple classes, fees for each additional class:

$80 - Creative Classes and Level 1

$95 - Level 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Open and Teen

SHOWCASE FEE INCLUDES:

Costumes (Note: each student will be responsible for their own shoes & tights if required)
Professional Video - downloadable link of all shows
Showcase T-shirt
Fees also help cover: teachers/staff, rehearsals, theatre, lights, sound, videographer, technical crew
